Music system

Voice channel playback with queue, control panel and playlists - YouTube links, search terms and Spotify tracks (metadata). From Premium Basic.

Server templates

23 ready-made templates, a visual builder and a wizard that creates channels, roles and modules - with a diff and an automatic backup beforehand.

German and English

Website, dashboard and bot fully available in both languages. The language is detected automatically and can be switched at any time.

Status page with live checks

Bot, background services, music system, database and payments are checked continuously - outages appear automatically, not only once reported.

Custom customer bots (BYOB)

Premium customers can connect their own Discord bot with a custom name, avatar, and encrypted token.

Account system

Registration with email/password, 2FA, session management, data export, and account deletion - independent of the Discord login.

Giveaways

Platform-wide giveaways with entry, drawing, and prize acceptance through the website.

Coupons

Discount codes for percentage, fixed-amount, and free-period discounts, including personal and creator codes.

CMS for the public website

Page content, navigation, FAQ, and legal texts can be maintained in the operator area.

Digital Twin & recovery

Cordavix stores the manageable server configuration (roles, channels, permissions, modules) as snapshots and named versions, compares them visually and restores earlier states – with a prior backup and a preview of every change, entirely without AI. Pro and up.

Permission simulator, scanner & health score

Understand what a member or role can see and do, explain why, safely simulate changes, detect dangerous permission grants and compute a transparent server health score – every rating explained, purely from Discord's permission hierarchy, without AI. Pro and up.

GameOps command center & auto-incidents

A cross-server live view of all monitored services – status, players, open tickets, active incidents and the next restart. When a server goes down, Cordavix opens an incident automatically (status page, team notice, audit log) and closes it on recovery. Plus maintenance reminders (24h/12h/1h/30m/15m/5m).

Automation Builder 2.0

Flows from triggers, conditions, actions and delays – entirely without code. Triggers for server outage, schedule and member join; actions like message, role, webhook, incident, XP/coins. Ready-made templates as a starting point.

Cross-server network manager

Connect several of your own Discord servers into a network and use internal global bans – only on servers that opted in, and only after explicit confirmation with a preview of the affected servers. Business and up.

Template marketplace

Publish, rate and discover your own templates. Free templates already work; paid ones follow once payouts are set up.

English legal texts

Interface, bot, documentation articles and FAQ answers are bilingual. Legal notice, privacy policy, terms, cancellation and refund texts follow once the reviewed versions are available.

Planned

Game Server Hub: expansion

The Game Server Hub is live: FiveM, Minecraft, Steam/Source games and generic servers with live status, uptime, alerts, maintenance, Discord panels and public status pages. Planned: the Cordavix Game Agent (CPU/RAM/backups), hosting integrations (Pterodactyl, AMP), remote management with fixed actions, an adapter marketplace, statistics channels and voice channel status, plus an opt-in public server directory.

Community modules

Event system, clan system, tournaments, waiting lists, whitelist applications, reputation, achievements and quests - as installable modules via a module marketplace.

Agency mode

Agencies manage multiple customers separately with their own roles, reports and branding.

Marketplace & migration

Discover and install modules, templates, adapters and automations; a migration center analyzes the existing server structure and eases the switch to Cordavix.

Discord Activity & mobile app

A lightweight Cordavix surface directly inside Discord plus an installable dashboard (PWA) for tickets, server status and notifications on the go.

More payment providers

Additional payment methods beyond Stripe to cover more regions and payment preferences.

The foundation is in place with German and English. Which language comes next depends on where our users are from.
