Your bot, your brand
Your own name, your own avatar, your own token - managed in the same Cordavix dashboard as the main bot, but run as its own instance with its own error boundaries.
Depiction: the same message keeps switching between the Cordavix sender and your own brand's sender; the bot instance stays online throughout.
How the custom customer bot works
Your own token, the same application
You add your own Discord bot token under the “Security” tab - it has to belong to the same Discord application, so the application ID always stays the same. It is stored AES-256-GCM encrypted and is never shown again once saved.
Start, stop and restart with a click
The “Status & control” tab lets you toggle the desired state between “Running” and “Stopped”. The instance manager automatically reconciles that state with the running instance about every 30 seconds.
Automatic restart on failure
If your instance crashes, the instance manager automatically restarts it up to three times, with a growing delay between attempts. With an invalid token or missing Discord intents the restart is skipped instead - the status shows the reason.
Kept separate from the main bot
Your bot instance runs separately from the Cordavix main bot and from other customers' instances. Each instance has its own error boundaries: if one instance crashes, other customers' bots keep running.
Your own display name, avatar from Discord
The “Settings” tab lets you set your own display name for the dashboard. Cordavix automatically picks up your bot's username and avatar from your Discord application as soon as the instance connects successfully for the first time.
Custom customer bots are available from the PRO plan - the number of possible bot instances grows with higher plans.
