/ticket claim
Your server support, neatly organised
Support tickets with a panel, topic selection and transcripts - members get a clear place to ask, your team gets its own channel per request and a log once it's closed.
Depiction: clicking the panel button opens a dedicated ticket channel; once it's closed, a transcript is created from it.
How the ticket system works
Panel becomes its own channel
One click on the panel button immediately creates a text channel named ticket-{number} - visible only to the opener, the configured support roles and the bot.
Topics instead of a form
If you set up topics on the panel, opening it shows a selection menu instead of a single button; the chosen topic appears in the new channel's greeting message.
Claim and close
The "Claim" and "Close" buttons - or /ticket claim and /ticket close - mark who's handling it and lock the channel for the opener once it's closed.
Transcript on demand
The "Transcript" button, or /ticket transcript, generates a complete HTML log of every message in the ticket, available via a link.
Auto-close on inactivity
A ticket with no activity past the configured period closes automatically - you set that period in hours per panel, with 0 turning the feature off.
Ticket panels: 1 in the free plan, 5 from Basic, Unlimited from Pro.
